For NEW players who wish to express interest in joining a team for the Winter 2025 season, please complete our Expression of Interest Form.

Once completed, the appropriate age-group coordinator will be in touch to discuss further.

For CURRENT players, please do not complete this form. Please liaise with your team manager.

PLAY HQ
Registrations are now collated through Basketball Victoria’s chosen provider Play HQ, see link below. This part of the process is totally online and requires a $25 insurance fee.

Fees

Fees to be paid upfront through Play HQ at time of registration. If you are unable to pay the entirety of the cost, please contact the club and we may be able to set up a payment plan.

Please note: If payments plan are not paid by the required dates according to the set out plan, players will be ineligible to play until payment has been made.

Fees include: Whole season’s playing fees including any finals (whichever competition you choose), Basketball Victoria Player Registration fee, training facilities, club’s insurance cover (subject to compliance with club and basketball Victoria code of conduct), participation in Club Events, training equipment, season medallion, any sponsorship awards available through the season (not regular), assistance from committee with coaching and team managing roles, club facilitates any dispute resolution.

Please note: Uniform not included in fees, additional coaching courses etc may be available at times and can attract additional costs, pending availability.
